Satvinder Sagoo moved to the UK from India in the late 1970’s residing in Birmingham. Whilst there, he studied a course in bricklaying, which later led to an opportunity to contract in London. Satvinder later established his own construction company – K Construction. His services were highly sought after. The success of the business enabled him to purchase his very first property in 1980. By 1988, what started off as one property turned into a small chain of developments where he would use his workforce to carry out renovations and refurbishments with a quick turnaround, without compromising on quality.

Prabhjot Sagoo began taking an interest in the family business when his father Satvinder purchased a large residential portfolio in 2003. Born and bred in North West London, he decided to join the business Post-Grad. By 2008, he set up and established a real estate agency focused primarily on the management of the family portfolio, picking up traction with third party landlords and gaining over 200 additional units on their management books. Since then, Prabhjot has steadily been expanding his portfolio. He now spends his day to day role immersed in the property business, always finding new ways to add value.
